About Us

Hands-on treatment. Evidence-based care. Real results.

Our goal isn’t just temporary relief. It’s long-term recovery and stronger movement patterns that support your daily life.

We use a manual hands-on approach that is highly effective in relieving pain and restoring movement, combined with exercise conditioning to restore optimal movements, eliminate the root of pain, and improve strength and balance.

All our treatments adhere to CAMPT best practices, which are based on research-guided techniques that speed up recovery while educating patients about their condition to reduce the risk of relapse.

No, you do not need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist in Ontario. You can book an appointment directly with us. However, some insurance companies may require a referral for coverage, so we recommend checking with your provider.

Please bring your health card, any relevant medical imaging or reports, a list of current medications, and wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete intake forms.

Initial assessments are typically 45-60 minutes, allowing time for a thorough evaluation and treatment. Follow-up sessions are usually 30-45 minutes depending on your treatment plan and needs.

Most extended health insurance plans cover physiotherapy. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for specific coverage details. We provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

The number of sessions varies depending on your condition, its severity, and your individual goals. After your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will discuss a personalized treatment plan and provide an estimated timeline for recovery.
